Deliver more than expected.
We help B2B tech companies — mostly in the US — get more customers. 50-ish of us, in Sofia, Ruse, Blagoevgrad, and a Boston outpost. You bring sharp thinking and a drive to keep learning. We'll teach you the tools.

Growth
Most places promise you'll grow. Here's what we'd actually put on your calendar.
Every year, every person.
Per year, on calendar
Training
Blocked off in advance. Skills, tools, whatever helps you get better.
1:1 + 2× yearly 360°
Feedback
Regular 1:1s and a Personal Development Plan with your manager. Twice a year, a structured 360° review — written, specific, from peers and managers.
Per year
Workshops
Feedback, presenting, managing up — the soft stuff that's actually hard.
Plus a personal training budget (Coursera, books, conferences — yours to spend) and written level-up criteria, so you know what you're being measured on.
What you'd build on
What your week would actually look like.
We help B2B tech companies turn visitors into customers — ads, SEO, and wiring up their data so they can see what's working. 7 in 10 clients are US-based.
Timezones: most calls land 3–6pm Sofia. Past 7pm it's flagged and the next morning is yours.
Pipeline stage funnel
Getting the tracking right so the data can be trusted — clean collection, privacy-compliant, reliable reports, and campaign decisions based on what's actually happening.
Pipeline influenced · by channel
Managing campaigns day-to-day, tracking pipeline performance by channel, and working with the client's team to improve what's not moving.
Audience presence · where they are
▎ Strategy & execution plan
Finding where a client's buyers are searching and having conversations — then building the strategy and execution plan to be present across all of it.
What they build
Custom AI agents for the problems off-the-shelf tools can't solve — audience targeting, reporting, briefs, competitor intelligence.
How they work
Embedded alongside paid, SEO, and analytics — identifying what to automate next, then building and shipping it.
The people doing it
~50 teammates across four offices. Paid, SEO, analytics, engineering, creative, strategy — all in one team.
A few of the companies we've partnered with
Recent work · B2B developer tools
2.4× qualified pipeline in six months — on the same paid budget.
A US developer-tools scale-up was burning budget on broad-match keywords and vanity MQLs. We rebuilt measurement on GA4 + server-side tags, rewired ABM to Stage-1 opportunities, and handed the team a weekly view that ties every channel back to revenue.
See how we did itAgents do the grunt work. You do the thinking and client relationship management.
AI tools are part of the daily workflow — no technical background needed to use them well. On top of that, we build custom agents for the messy problems off-the-shelf tools can't crack. Less copy-paste, more problems worth solving.

Agents in production
What agents do
Audience builds, copy variants, weekly GA4 reports, competitor scans, brief drafting — the repetitive 60%.
What you do
The strategy call, the client judgment, deciding what's worth shipping, what to throw away — the part that still needs a human.
What it means for your career
A junior here at 12 months handles the scope of a mid-level at most agencies — because the busywork is already automated.

How we work together
Our values.
Here's what we'd ask of you, and what you can ask of us. If any of these would annoy you to live with day-to-day, we're probably not your people — and that's fine.
01
We Explore
Growth is our compass. We'd rather try something, learn from it and adjust than wait for the perfect plan. Setbacks aren't dead ends — they're how we get better.
02
We Create Value
We back our work with data and focus on what actually moves our clients' business — not vanity metrics. We turn challenges into real results and build partnerships that get stronger over time.
03
We Shine
Bring your best, and let it be seen. We give people room to own their work, share their ideas and grow into who they want to become. Potential counts as much as track record.
04
We Get It Done
We keep our word and we keep things moving. Rather than wait for the perfect moment, we act, adapt to each client, and see the work through to a result we're proud of.
05
We Share
What we learn belongs to the team — the playbook, the win, the lesson from a mistake. Feedback goes both ways, and every voice counts, from the newest hire to the most experienced.
06
We Care
Well-being isn't a perk — it's how we work. Life is bigger than the job: rest, family, friends and the things that matter to you all have a place. When people thrive, the company thrives.
Life at Verto
The part that's hard to write and easy to show.
Specialty coffee bars we take more seriously than we should. Thirsty Thursdays, Value Week, offsites, whatever the team's cooking up. Instagram is the honest version.
Instagram feed loads the latest posts from @vertodigitalagency. When it's quiet, it's quiet — we don't script this.

Take the time you need to recharge, prioritize self-care, and engage in activities that bring you joy. Return refreshed and energized, ready to tackle new challenges.
Additional health insurance
We know you need to be at your best to do your best. That's why we believe it is essential that everyone on the team have premium quality access to healthcare.
Flexible working conditions
Make use of flexible working hours and find your own rhythm. Maintain a healthy work-life balance while staying focused, productive, and connected to the team's success.
Annual profit sharing system
Our hard work and collective effort are what is generating real value for the company. To reward everyone's contribution, we developed an annual team profit distribution system.
Who we hire
Sharp people. Any background.
Great B2B marketers do not always follow the same path. What matters most is curiosity about business, technology and how companies grow. Whether your experience comes from marketing, sales, communications, research, tech or another field, we value people who are eager to learn, have that sharp analytical mind and understand how business works.
If you're starting out
Paired with a buddy from week one. Calendar time to learn, not just deliver.
If you're switching careers
Writers, analysts, sales, engineers — we've hired from all of them. Modern marketing rewards the mix.
If you've done this for years
Peers who already know the tools. Less explaining, more doing. Plus AI agents taking the busywork off your plate.
What we screen for
Sharp thinking. Judgment under uncertainty. The honesty to say "I don't know yet" — and the drive to go find out. Everything else we'll teach.
Everyone is welcome to apply — your age, gender, background, or disability don't factor into our decision. If you need anything from us during the process, just ask.

What's hard here
Things we don't always put in job ads.
You're accountable from month one
There's no ramp where results don't count yet. Clients pay for pipeline, not effort, and we don't hide behind "it takes time."
The learning curve doesn't flatten
Every quarter we add new channels, tools, and approaches. If you're not actively growing your skill set, you're falling behind. There's no role here that stays the same for long.
Small team means no hiding
Everyone's output is visible. There's no large org to absorb a slow quarter. If you're coasting, the whole team feels it.

FAQ
Questions people ask.
What's the interview process like?
First you meet HR to learn more about Verto. Then meeting your direct manager followed by a practical task (up to 2 hours), and a final round with the service lead and team. Two to three weeks end-to-end.
What about salary?
We'll discuss your expectations openly in the first call. Each role at Verto has a current salary range that covers people with different backgrounds and onboarding needs. On top of base salary, the profit-based bonus (calculated on individual and company performance) has averaged 2× base salary across the last three years.
What does hybrid actually mean?
We do home office but we also value in-person time — especially in your first 3–6 months when you're ramping up and meeting colleagues, new work challenges and culture. After that we have more freedom and flexibility choosing our work place but keeping a good balance is the key.
Do you hire juniors?
Yes, regularly. We hire for curiosity and trajectory as much as current skills — especially in SEO, Paid, and Analytics.
What languages do I need?
You'll work in English with US clients, so professional-level English matters.
Which offices hire for which teams?
Most roles can be based in any of our three Bulgarian offices. A few roles are Sofia-only by default — we'll note that clearly in the job description.
Do I need to be in Bulgaria?
For most roles, yes. Some remote flexibility exists, but we expect you to be in-country and in the office for your first 3–6 months.
Will I be on US hours?
No — not by default. Most client calls land 3–6pm Sofia. If something runs past 7pm it's flagged and the next morning is yours. The Boston outpost exists so nobody here has to live on US time.
Are AI agents replacing roles at Verto?
Honestly: agents are replacing tasks, not people. The manual 60% of a junior's week — audience builds, ad-copy variants, GA4 reports — is what we're automating. The result is that juniors here take on mid-level scope within a year, and nobody's job is the copy-paste part. If anything, we're hiring more people, not fewer.
