The answer is simple: most of our clients are there, or close to it. The US B2B technology market has been the majority of our client base since 2021. Boston is the obvious choice for a North American hub - a city built on technology, financial services, and enterprise software companies, with proximity to New York and easy connections across the US.
We've been serving US clients from Sofia since 2018. The work has always been good. But there's a category of relationship building, client confidence, and strategic partnership that's much easier to do in the same room. The Boston outpost is our answer to that - a place to meet you where you are.
To be clear about what this is: the outpost isn't a second head office. It's a small US base for meeting clients face-to-face - for sitting across the table, hosting a dinner, being in your timezone for a morning call. The team, the tooling, and the work that builds pipeline all stay in Sofia.

Boston is where we meet you. Strategy, relationship, and executive engagement happen closer to where our US clients sit - but the outpost isn't a parallel operation. The work that produces pipeline stays in Sofia, where we've built the processes, the tooling, and the team over eight years.
