Two of our main values are relationship building and mindset for growth. They inspire us to contribute to others and their purpose by utilizing our talents and skills. We believe that when we tackle each task with a desire to help, and open and honest communication, we build long-lasting relationships and contribute to the growth of our partners. That way together we thrive both professionally and personally.
This is how the ‘Giving Back’ initiative was born. By volunteering time, effort and expertise, we want to assist our like-minded partners, and we strive to improve the work and lives of those in our community. We are a people-centric team, this is why the organizations we support are the ones that we find inspiring or that have changed our lives throughout the years. We choose our initiatives carefully, based on our partners’ needs and our ability to create value.
Telerik Academy and the American University in Bulgaria (AUBG) are two examples of our Giving Back initiative. Both are leading forces in educating, training and grooming young people to become skillful professionals in their fields. Our team believes in the quality of education AUBG offers. We support the university in their digital transformation and in becoming the top-of-mind choice for higher education.
Now, imagine you just met Peter who is an AUBG alumnus and is now taking a course at the Academy. Peter wants to advance in his career, to feel confident and prepared for the many challenges he might face in the future. Peter feels he benefited greatly from his AUBG experience and is now benefiting from his time at Telerik Academy. So how did we as a company contribute to Peter’s growth?
In the next three months, Peter is about to take various digital marketing courses in the Telerik Academy. We will be the ones to teach quite a few of them: the ones related to data collection and analytics, digital advertising, organic visibility and conversational UI.
We work with institutions like AUBG and the Telerik Academy because we want people like Peter to get the maximum out of their educational experience. This is our way to contribute, educate and bring value to the community.
